R A Brown Heating Services are Heat Pump Installer of the Year 2025

Richard, Dax, Luke & Connor attended the National ACR & Heat pump award ceremony at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on Thursday 6th March for the annual awards event.  We won Air Source Project of the Year for a retrofit installation in Norwich city centre and Heat Pump Installer of the Year 2025.

R A Brown Heating Services have been awarded national Heat Pump Installer of the Year, 5 years out of the last 7 years, and we were runner up and highly commended for the other years.  We have to admit to being very proud of this successful track record and thank the whole R A Brown team for all their efforts.

We were absolutely thrilled to be continually recognised for our work.  The recognition as Heat Pump Installer of the Year, recognises more than our heat pump installations, it also recognises the work that we do within the heat pump industry.  We work to continually support apprenticeships and local colleges in Norfolk & Suffolk and take a lead in industry wide discussions and support, to build knowledge and awareness of heat pumps.
