Tracey
Introducing Tracey who is our Senior Customer Service Administrator, Tracey helps customers book in annual servicing appointments and with any breakdown or maintenance queries.
Tracey has previously worked in many Customer Service roles, including 11 years where she dealt with organising repairs for a housing association, so is very experienced in helping people solve problems. She enjoys the variety of work and also speaking to customers to organise their appointments.
Outside of work, Tracey spends time with her daughter and granddaughter and enjoys walking, swimming and going to the cinema she is also an expert on 80’s music.
