Sign the petition to reduce environmental taxes to encourage heat pump installations

As you are aware the government has committed to the installation of more renewable heating solutions by banning the installation of gas boilers in new build properties from 2025, instead heat pumps will be available as a renewable heating solution.

We support this change to reduce carbon and the use of fossil fuels. We also would like to encourage as many people as possible to support the Ground Source Heat Pump Association (GSHPA) petition.

The petition is calling for the government to reduce the environmental taxes from electricity to encourage heat pump installations. This will allow those installing a heat pump to save on running costs.
