We offer Gas Boiler Installations for domestic new and replacement boilers. Richard Brown began his career as a gas engineer, installing and servicing boilers in the ‘golden triangle’ area of Norwich. Typically, preferring to be ahead of the curve, he registered with Corgi before it was mandatory to do so – hence our original registration number is in the 1000’s – 7855. Today we still have a loyal customer base in that area. We install quality gas boilers throughout Norwich and its surrounding conurbation.

R A Brown employs fully qualified and experienced Gas Safe registered engineers who consistently receive amazing feedback from customers for their installation, servicing and repair work.
Our preferred make of boiler is Viessmann, a well known, high quality German brand. We have even undertaken training with Viessmann on the next generation of boiler – powered by hydrogen! We also install popular make – Ideal.

How long is the warranty on work from R A Brown?
Work carried out by R A Brown Heating Services Ltd has a 12 month warranty. Many manufacturer products that we install have a warranty that far exceeds this and will take precedence over our warranty.
What makes of gas boilers do you install?
We can install any make of gas boiler, however our preferred suppliers are Viessmann, Navien and Ideal boilers. Please give our gas servicing and installation department a call on 01603 567594.
Will you send me a reminder about annual servicing?
We do contact all our customers each year to book them in for servicing, however if you would like to receive a reminder from gas safe, you can register your appliances here and they will send you an annual reminder.
