Case Study

R A Brown Heating Services

In 2012 R A Brown had outgrown their existing home and it was the right time to expand the business and look for a new home where customers could visit, discuss and view products in a showroom. A Warehouse on the Abbey Farm Commercial Park became available, which was the perfect location for our business to grow.

Transforming the warehouse to become a showroom was a 3 month project from June-August with the showroom opening in September 2012.

The Showroom was designed by Richard & Louise.  The starting point was a cold uninviting warehouse with no heating, which needed to be transformed into a warm open space where customers could discuss their plans and see the products available.

The location for the R A Brown showroom is off the gas grid, and with no existing heating supply it is a perfect location for us to be able to demonstrate our products. The showroom was fitted with a NIBE 2040 8KW air source heat pump with a Multitubo underfloor heating system on both floors of the showroom, this keeps the showroom at a comfortable 21°C.
