New Build, Exclusive development of homes

R A Brown Heating Services worked with Crabtree Living property developer, building an exclusive development of 10 homes, a mix of detached houses and bungalows in the rural village location of Strumpshaw.

The buildings have been built to SAP Standards (Standard Assessment Procedure) which is the methodology used by the Government to assess and compare the energy and environmental performance of homes.

SAP works by assessing how much energy a home will consume including factors, such as fuel costs and emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2).

R A Brown fitted NIBE F2040 8Kw and 12Kw air source heat pumps to the properties within the development, providing hot water to the property and zoned underfloor heating to the ground floor and radiators to the first floor.

A centralised extraction system has been fitted to each property providing clean air solution to the property throughout.
