The government is wanting to increase the VAT on renewable heating to 20%
This tax hike contradicts the recently declared climate emergency and the pledge for a Net Zero carbon Britain by 2050.
The worst part is energy & heat made from coal and gas will still benefit from a reduced VAT rate!
We know you care about our environment and we urge you to sign this petition and encourage your friends and family to do the same.
Let’s hope our MPs see sense and realise that their worthy declarations are being undermined by this daft tax hike.
