How are customers enjoying the benefits of the Domestic RHI?

Ofgem have provided a report on how customers are enjoying greener, cheaper and more efficient energy in their homes.  To date Ofgem have accredited 25,000 renewable heating systems to receive Domestic RHI payments since it launched in April 2014.

The impact of these accreditations has estimated saving 1.4MT CO2 which is equivilent to saving around 150,000,000 gallons of petrol or 3 1/4 billion miles driven by the average car.
