Growth Support through Norfolk County Council and Growth Through Innovation Grant Scheme

We have been busy at R A Brown Heating Services behind the scenes with some exciting developments. We have been working on a new systems project.

Our new Customer Management System called Payaca, has been launched and is designed specifically for our industry to provide an even better service for our customers, this will also allow us to scale our business for growth of heat pump installations. 

This new system allows us to provide a more streamlined and informative service to our customers by giving them access to all their documents and important information via their own customer portal. In addition to the customer portal, they will be receiving more tailored communications from us, keeping our customers updated and informed with their appointments and projects.

In addition to being able to provide this improved service to our customers, we are also able to make improvements with our internal processes, making us more efficient and enabling business growth and with more heat pump installations, which will support heat pump industry growth and further support the UK carbon reduction goals through these improvements.

This project of implementing Payaca is part-funded by Norfolk County Council through the Growth Through Innovation Grant Scheme.
