Do you offer emergency call out services?
No – We are not able to offer a 24/7 gas callout service. Our team of Gas Engineers is small and we could not cover out of hours, weekends and holidays without expecting our staff to work antisocial hours. Our business model is predominantly that of an installation company. Therefore, our staffing and price structure is not geared to high call-out charges. We always respond to customer breakdowns as quickly as we can, as we do not like our customers to be without heating or hot water. Our phones are ‘manned’ usually from 7.30 until 4.30 Monday-Friday.

Do you offer Annual Servicing Plans?
We do not currently offer a servicing plan with monthly premiums. We have considered offering this service but have decided against it at the current time for the following reasons.
We need to link up with a finance company as these types of plans are an insurance policy.
We install premium quality heat pumps, and it is more cost effective for customers to pay for an annual service each year, rather than a monthly payment plan.
