Can I use my existing radiators?
If the radiator in a room is sized correctly for that room and currently being heated by a gas or oil boiler, then to work with a new more efficient low temperature system, such as an air source heat pump, then the surface area of the radiator will need to be at least 2.4 times greater. It may be possible to use some of your existing larger radiators in smaller rooms.

Can I install my own radiators?
Yes you can install your own radiators but it is very important that we instruct you as to the correct outputs required from the radiators for each room.
If you are claiming a Government grant or Renewable Heat incentive we will need to prove that we have calculated the radiator sizes correctly to ensure that you are eligible to make your claim.
Not only that but we want to ensure that your system will work properly once installed.
