Broadland homeowners eligible for 0% interest loans for energy efficiency improvements

Broadland homeowners are eligible to apply for an energy efficient 0% interest loans of up to £5,ooo over 3 years, as part of the Broadland Sustainable Homes Scheme. 

The loans are available for a range of domestic energy efficiency, renewable energy systems and carbon reduction systems.   The type of systems which can be installed through this 0% interest loan are solar PV and solar thermal panels, air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, insulation, glazing and other technologies

To qualify for a Broadland Sustainable Homes Scheme you must be a homeowner within the Broadland District Council area and adhere to the installer requirements, here are full details of the Broadland Sustainable Homes Scheme Loan.

For customers installing an air or ground source heat pump, they are also eligible to claim the Government’s Boiler Upgrade Scheme.
