Autumn Servicing

Its worth sharing a little bit about our amazing Servicing Department at R A Brown.

We currently have around 1200 Servicing customers and a team at the end of the phone: Tracey and Sharon, led by Debbie our Customer Service Manager who also works to deliver installations.

We have a skilled engineer team covering; gas boilers, most makes of air source and ground source heat pumps. We also service air conditioning units, mechanical ventilation units, unvented cylinders and we also carry out Landlords Certificates. We also assist with maintenance call outs and breakdowns but don’t have a big enough team to offer emergency call-outs. We do our best to attend as soon as we possibly can to support customers with no heating and hot water.

We can carry out a Heat Pump Health Check – which is essentially an extended first service appointment on a heat pump that we haven’t installed but that needs annual servicing. We have received very good reviews for our servicing, including where the homeowner used to pay for Manufacturer Servicing.

In our experience people that move into a house with a heat pump can struggle to get quality and reasonably priced servicing. We’re set up to help homeowners with these services.

Since our upgraded customer management systems, we can also now automate reminders for you to receive 1 month before your service is due, we can also send you a message to let you know when our engineers are on the way to your appointment.  We have had great feedback on these additional features which are available for our customers.
